About the League
The TAISI Dance League brings young dancers from schools across India to one stage for two days of competition, performance and celebration in Bangalore.
The League is presented by The Association of International Schools of India in collaboration with LVDS. It is open to students under 8 to under 18, across 12 dance forms in Street, National & Folk, Theatrical and Commercial dance, in formats from solo to large group.
Every performance is judged by an expert panel on a transparent 40-point framework. The first-place winner in each dance form and age group earns a place in the India delegation to the Dance World Cup 2027 in Lisbon, Portugal.

Frequently Asked Questions
Who can participate?
Students under 8 to under 18 from any school in India.
Do we need to be a TAISI member school?
No. All schools are welcome. Member schools receive preferential fees.
Can students register individually?
No. All entries must be submitted through the student's school.
Can a student enter more than one dance form?
Yes. Each entry is registered and charged separately.
How is the age group decided?
By the student's age as on 1 December 2026.
How long can a performance be?
Solo and Duet: 2 minutes. Trio and Quartet: 2.5 minutes. Small and Large Groups: 3 minutes.
How many dancers can be in a group?
Small Group: 5–10 dancers. Large Group: 11–30 dancers.
Are fees inclusive of GST?
No. All fees are exclusive of GST.
Is the group fee per child?
Yes. Group fees are charged per participating child.
